An international vision born from Spanish football.


SLON SPORTS MANAGEMENT is a Spanish academy specialized in international football development. Through camps, training programs, and collaborations with clubs and academies, we bring the methodology of Spanish football closer to different countries.

Founded by Pablo García, a former player from the youth teams of Valencia CF and Villarreal CF, SLON combines experience in high-level football, UEFA-licensed coaches, and a global vision of sports training.

Our commitment is to generate real growth opportunities for players, coaches, and sports organizations around the world.

Pablo Garcia Alagarda

CEO & Founder

 Graduado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas (ADE) por la Universitat Jaume I, Pablo es exjugador de las canteras del Valencia CF y del Villarreal CF, dos de los clubes con mayor prestigio en la formación de futbolistas en España.

He remains connected to football today and stands out for his passion for developing young players, bringing experience, vision, and dedication to each project.

Pablo Pedregosa

 Player development director.

Javier is a former player from the Villarreal CF youth academy and a licensed UEFA coach. His deep knowledge of youth football, along with his strategic vision, makes him a key figure within the team. He stands out for his ability to lead projects, develop young talent, and create high-performance environments.

 Entrenador con experiencia internacional, ha desarrollado parte de su carrera en China y Tailandia, además de haber formado parte de la cantera de clubes profesionales, lo que le ha permitido adquirir una visión completa del desarrollo del futbolista desde etapas tempranas hasta el alto rendimiento. Su metodología combina disciplina, innovación y trabajo individualizado, ayudando a cada jugador a alcanzar su máximo nivel.

Balma Boira

Nutrition and physical preparation

Balma is a doctor in Nutrition and a specialist in physical training for high-performance soccer players. Her international training in Spain and Australia, combined with her extensive professional experience, allows her to apply a rigorous, innovative approach that is completely focused on sports excellence. Additionally, her status as a professional triathlete supports her deep knowledge of elite sports.

 

A team of specialized professionals

In addition to our main team, we have coaches and teachers with UEFA qualifications who participate in our training programs, international camps, and courses for coaches.

Their experience and technical knowledge allow us to offer quality teaching, based on the methodology of Spanish football and adapted to the needs of each project.
