Personal data protection and image rights

In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD), the following is informed:

1. Data controller

2. Purpose of data processing

The personal data provided will be processed for the purpose of:

  • Managing registration and participation in the Camp
  • Organizing sports and training activities
  • Maintaining communication with participants and their legal representatives
  • Ensuring the proper development of the activity

3. Legal basis

The legal basis for the processing of data is theconsent of the data subject or their legal representative.

In the case of minors, such consent will be granted by the father, mother, or legal guardian.

4. Data retention

Data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and, where applicable, for the legally required periods.

5. Data transfer

Personal data will not be transferred to third parties, except for legal obligations or when necessary for the proper provision of the service (for example, insurance, collaborating entities, or medical services).

6. Rights of the data subjects

The data subject may exercise their rights at any time to:

  • Access
  • Rectification
  • Erasure
  • Restriction of processing
  • Objection
  • Data portability

by sending a request to the email address indicated above.

They also have the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

7. Image rights

The participant (or their legal representative) expressly authorizes SLON Sports Management to capture, reproduce, and disseminate images (photographs and videos) taken during the development of the campus.

These images may be used for purposes of:

  • Promotional
  • Advertising
  • Informational

in media such as:

  • Website
  • Social media
  • Corporate material

The authorization is granted free of charge and without territorial limitation, for the time necessary to fulfill the described purpose.

8. Data security

SLON Sports Management is committed to adopting the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of personal data.

9. Acceptance

Registration at the Camp implies reading and accepting this policy, as well as, where applicable, authorization for the use of the participant's images.
