CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

SLON SPORTS MANAGEMENT – Summer Camp 2026

1. Right of withdrawal

The customer may cancel the registration within 7 calendar days following the payment, entitled to a 100% refund of the amount paid.

2. Cancellations by the customer

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance of the start of the contracted session:
    80% of the amount paid will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the start of the session:
    50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days in advance of the start of the session:
    No refund will be made.

3. No-show or abandonment

Not attending the campus or voluntarily leaving once it has started will not entitle the customer to any refund.

4. Justified causes

In cases of injury or illness duly certified by a medical certificate, SLON SPORTS MANAGEMENT may consider a partial refund of the amount paid.

The amount to be refunded will be determined by the organization based on the cancellation date and the costs already incurred.

5. Cancellation by the organization

In the event of cancellation of the campus by SLON SPORTS MANAGEMENT, a 100% refund of the amount paid will be issued.

6. Session changes

Changes between sessions will be allowed as long as there is availability.

7. Refund method

Refunds will be made via bank transfer, within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the acceptance of the request.

Any bank fees resulting from the refund will be the responsibility of the customer.

8. Acceptance of terms

Enrollment in the campus implies the express acceptance of this cancellation and refund policy.
