TRIAL MONTH (ENGLISH)
This trial month is designed as an individual ball-based training program, focused on technical mastery, continuous ball control, turns, dribbling, and understanding the individual game. Through a clear progression, the player develops a strong relationship with the ball, learning to execute every action with precision and efficiency.
Each training session has a recommended duration of between 1 and 1.5 hours, allowing every player to adjust intensity and workload according to their level, age, and objectives. The program promotes autonomy, responsibility, and constant improvement, guiding the player from a solid technical foundation to a more advanced individual performance.
